Charoula (Hara) Ntelopoulou is a Laboratory Teaching Staff with 30 years of academic experience in the Economics Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), Greece. PhD in “Electronic Governance” from the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications and Department of Economics, NKUA. MSc in Management of New Technologies, Postgraduate Program “Certificate in “Open and Distance Education”, Degree in Pedagogic Studies, BSc in Economics.

Dr. Ntelopoulou was a member of the Laboratory of Informatics Scientific Team at the School of Economics and Political Science of NKUA. She is teaching in graduate and postgraduate courses: “Electronic Governance” and “Electronic Commerce”, and a variety of computing laboratories seminars.

Her research interests come under the scientific field of “e-governance”, “e-commerce”, “e-services”, “e-business”, “e-participation”, “e-democracy”, “e-deliberation”, “e-marketplaces”, and “e-learning”. She has mainly published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and Conference proceedings in the scientific field of e-governance. She has also participated in EU and national research Projects. 

Charoula Ntelopoulou is the Technical Coordinator of the National Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) – “LIVINGTRAC”: “HEALTH & SUSTAINABLE LIVING, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & CYBERSECURITY” and is addressing Smart Health and Sustainable Living, Smart Cities. She is a member of the “Political Economy Sustainability Development Lab” of NKUA, and she is Responsible for eGovernment for Sustainability Development – “eGOV4SDG” and “Digital Economy & Sustainability Sector”.
